The Heritage Yellow Gold Diamond & Teal Guilloché Enamel Trembling Star Surprise Locket is set in 18 karat yellow gold decorated with 23 round white diamonds and teal enamel. It opens to reveal a star surprise composed of brilliant cut white diamonds. The star is designed to move and sparkle when touched. The locket is 22mm and comes with a yellow gold chain.
