As an authorised service centre for Boucheron, Fabergé, Charriol and Philip Stein, we ensure your timepieces and jewellery receive the expert attention they deserve — with every repair quoted transparently and handled with the utmost care.
Our Services
Watch Servicing
Full mechanical and quartz servicing, movement cleaning, lubrication, timing adjustment and pressure testing. All work performed to manufacturer specifications.
Battery Replacement
Genuine battery replacements with gasket inspection and water-resistance verification. All battery changes require the watch to be left with us to ensure proper care.
Jewellery Repairs
Stone tightening, clasp repair, re-plating and restoration. Boucheron and Fabergé pieces are returned to their respective ateliers to ensure authenticity of workmanship.
Bracelet & Strap Service
Link adjustment, bracelet refinishing, strap replacement and cable repair for Charriol pieces. Genuine components sourced directly from each maison.
How It Works
Get in Touch
Email us at assistance@vendome.com.au with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photograph of the piece. We will confirm the best way to get it to us.
Send or Drop Off
Post your piece to our secure PO Box via registered or insured mail, or drop it to our Paddington office by prior arrangement. We recommend insuring all postal items for their full value.
Assessment & Quote
Our technicians inspect your piece and provide a detailed quote outlining the work required. For jewellery that needs to be returned to the Maison, we coordinate directly with Boucheron or Fabergé on your behalf.
Your Decision
You review the quote and decide whether to proceed. There is no obligation — if you choose not to go ahead, your piece is returned to you safely.
Service & Return
Once approved, work is carried out and your piece is returned via insured express post or collected from our office. You will be kept informed throughout the process.
Please Note
All watch repairs, including battery replacements, require the piece to be left with us. Due to the precision involved, we do not offer while-you-wait services. This ensures every watch receives the time and attention it requires.
Boucheron and Fabergé jewellery repairs are generally returned to the Maison’s own ateliers. This guarantees authenticity of materials and craftsmanship, though turnaround times may be longer. We manage the full process on your behalf.
Charriol and Philip Stein pieces are typically serviced locally by our authorised technicians, with genuine parts sourced directly from each brand.
