Appointments & Availability
Vendôme operates on a by-appointment model for Boucheron and Fabergé, ensuring dedicated, unhurried time with a specialist. Charriol and Philip Stein products are available exclusively through our online eBoutique for immediate purchase.
Appointments for Boucheron and Fabergé are available seven days a week at flexible times, including weekdays and weekends. Virtual consultations may also be arranged on request.

Our Sydney CBD location is discreetly positioned within walking distance of Martin Place and Circular Quay. As we operate by appointment, the salon may be unattended outside scheduled bookings.

A 20% deposit confirms your order, with the balance payable prior to collection or delivery. High Jewellery orders are also available and are personally discussed with you at the time of order.

Indicative timeframes are typically provided at the time of enquiry, with exact delivery estimates confirmed once an order is placed.

Vendôme follows official international brand pricing. Prices may vary slightly across regions due to currency movements. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash (AUD only), and selected alternative payment methods. No credit card surcharges apply.
Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary insured express delivery is available on all orders within Australia. Boucheron and Fabergé pieces are dispatched via secure courier with signature required. Charriol orders ship immediately from our Sydney warehouse. All deliveries are fully tracked, and select high‑value items may be hand‑delivered.
Gifting, Engraving & Sizing
We offer brand or occasion-specific gift wrapping and complimentary engraving on selected pieces. Character limits and placement vary by item. If purchasing a surprise gift, please advise us so we can assist with sizing flexibility and suitable options.
Returns, Exchanges & Online Purchases
Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Conditional exchanges may be agreed in writing at the time of purchase.
