Shipping Policy

AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY

We offer complimentary delivery on all orders within Australia. Every piece is carefully packaged and dispatched via insured courier with tracking provided.

  • Charriol & Philip Stein: Complimentary standard delivery on all orders. Typical delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Express delivery is available at checkout.
  • Boucheron & Fabergé: Complimentary insured express delivery on all orders. Dispatched via secure courier with signature required. Typical delivery within 1–3 business days to metropolitan areas.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.


Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sizing can be difficult when purchasing jewellery online. We offer exchanges for sizing and style within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Personalised, engraved, or custom-made items cannot be exchanged
  • Exchange requests must be initiated by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the nature of the luxury items we sell, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing, style, or suitability.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and, where appropriate, repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To initiate an exchange: Please contact us at assistance@vendome.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for exchange.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled upon request
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
